I have to move soon and want to sublease the space. Its a very nice location with a pool, workout room, laundry in the apartment, and garage parking. There is security 24 hours as well. Loved the space but have to move to take care of family. I can work with the deposit and can leave the furniture or take it. Its not much as I didnt have time to get super comfortable yet before I had to move out of state. Looking for someone with a great rental history. Its an alcove studio so technically two people can live here and have their own space.
