House also has in-house washer and dyer, mostly stocked kitchen, and some storage. There is a second half bath on the main floor. The house is lightly furnished. Total house size is 2,700 sq feet. Rental largely includes 2,000 square feet of living space between the main level and the second floor. My room is in a finished basement. The yard is a rare gem in Seattle and is terraced. It has downtown and Harbor Island views from the top terrace. It is a short, easy 5 minute walk to the C-Line and immediate access to the West Seattle Bridge. Easy walk the Alaska Junction, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, QFC, Starbucks, LA Fitness, the Y, restaurants and much more. Parking is available and free.
