Lease Takeover! (Willing to pay the first month of rent !!)
My roommates and I are currently searching for someone to take over my annual lease since Ill be moving starting August 17th at The Crossings. Its an all-female unit and any age is permitted. They are all really friendly and most importantly clean! There are many great amenities and close to the Sacramento State area as well as downtown. Unfortunately, I am having to relocate soon and am hoping to get it off my hands as soon as possible before I make the move. So if youd like to know more please message me.
