The apartment is a beautiful 1 BR (700 SF) , furnished with original artwork, brand new furniture, every appliance that you might need from 59" TV to Coffee maker and the best cookware. It also has a private Terrace (200 sf) out of the living room (i know, it sounds too good to be true...if i did not live here i would not believe it myself). I am a designer and have created a very special place for myself.
