Subletting Lease
Job relocation and moving to another state. Apartment will be ready for move in on (8/12). Lease will renew on March 2025 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment (537 sq. ft) $1080.00 included taxes, water, sewer and garbage
1st months rent will be due September 1st. All you pay is $50 application fee. Providing proof of income, authorizing a credit/background check. August rent will be paid so there will be 3 weeks rent free. Security fee and move-in fee already paid. Pet friend with fee
