I am looking for a sublet in Eagles Landing in an unfurnished 3BR! The apartment is great, but I am looking to move a bit closer to my place of work.

The lease is individual (by the bed) so youll be on your own lease. The complex is gated with plenty of parking. I havent had any safety concerns to date! The apartment itself is quiet and clean with a good view and a small porch. Washer and dryer in unit and a good sized kitchen and a small balcony.

One roommate works nights and the other works in the morning- Ive never had an issue with coming and going noise while asleep.
