We are looking for someone to sublease a single private bedroom in a house of four girls and one boy. We are a really fun group of juniors in college, as the house is walking distance from Boston College, and the house comes with a beautiful balcony and backyard. There is a full kitchen, living room, and two full bathrooms. The rest of the house will be furnished by us, but the tenant will have to furnish their own bedroom.
