I recently bought a house and looking by for someone to take over our lease (or even sublease) with The Apex by Twin Creek and move in as soon as Sept 7. The lease finishes Jan 28, 2025. You wont need to put down a deposit, that will be covered. My unit specifically is located on the second floor. Finding parking has never been an issue when I came back from work. Full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. Please let me know if you are interested in taking over this lease! I wouldnt mind meeting up at the Apex anytime!
