Hi, looking to sublet my place monthly for up to 6 months starting September 2024. The apartment is secure and gets lots of light. Great light and A/C at the base of the Hollywood Hills. Easy walk to trendy bars and restaurants in Franklin Village. Griffith Park hiking trails are very close as are the film studios, AFI and freeway access. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
