My husband and I have really enjoyed our time living in this unit. This sublease would be perfect for a single snowbird or a couple. Move in is available as soon as September and the lease term ends in April. The balcony faces west overlooking the beautiful pool of the neighboring building, and we lucked out that none of the construction projects downtown have obscurred the view. We love watching the gorgeous sunsets in the evening, enjoying the golden hour sunlight that cascades over the furniture, and people watching over the pool. We even have a direct view of the helecopter pad right downtown where choppers are often seen flying in and out doing practice drills, its like out of a movie! Aside from the view which we obviously love, the building is luxurious and well kept. The service team is really friendly and communicative and they alway address issues within a day. The building has a nice aesthetically pleasing gym, a spacious business center with a printer/copier available for use, two different grill / lounge areas, and a pool which will reopen in January. The property is pet friendly. The unit itself was recently renovated so there is all new stainless steel appliances and even a wine fridge built into the center island. Washer and Dryer are in unit as well. Due to the ailing health of a close family member, we find ourselves needing to move out of state as soon as possible to care for them. Otherwise wed gladly stay a few years more.
