Looking for a fully fledged female responsible. This is a 3rd floor apartment. You would get the master bedroom. Current roommate in the master bedroom pays $1750 for rent, utilities not included, but it will probably go up when the lease renews. I dont know the new rent yet but am assuming itll be about $100 more for each person. The leasing office will tell me around mid-August.

Im a respiratory therapist. I work the night shift from 6:00PM-6:30AM and sleep during the day, so quiet during the day is a must. I live in the smaller guest bedroom and use the guest bathroom as a private bathroom I have a boyfriend who visits occasionally. His lease ends at the end of March, so I am looking for someone to live here until he can move in.

If you have company over its preferred only once or twice a week. If a friend needs to stay the night occasionally, thats okay too. Just be responsible and considerate. You will need to be a cat person. The cat is not pushy, but she likes people and will want to interact with you. She is friends with the large dog/puppy that we currently live with, but I would prefer no dogs from roommates from now on. If you have an amiable cat, I might consider it. The current cat uses the litter box perfectly. I clip her nails regularly so she cannot ruin the furniture.

I dont care if you smoke, I just ask that you dont do it inside of the apartment. There is a makeshift smoking area outside the gate of the apartment complex. Please be aware that the cat will tear open resealable bags and eat anything inside within minutes, including weed and THC edibles. These are toxic to her.

The apartment has a large kitchen and we split the storage spaces in half. No dietary restrictions, just clean up after youre done cooking and use your own pots and pans.
