Im paying just over 1800/mo for a six month lease. I just bought a house and want to live with my parents until its built to save money. The apartment comes with a garage. The apartment doesnt allow subleasing so technically youd be my roommate for a week and then Id sign the apartment over to you and make you the primary leaser. I Wouldnt be living here though. I can go as low as 1600 and just pay the difference in rent. Its a nice apartment. Ill pay any fees once youre approved. Closet is big, double sink in bathroom, 2nd floor with patio, kitchen island. Washer and dryer included.
