We are looking for someone to take over our 2 bed, 2 bath apt with a HUGE Private terrace on the Hudson river waterfront overlooking Manhattan. In unit washer and dryer. We are moving to a larger unit and need someone to take over our lease from ASAP until November 24, 2024 with the option to sign a new lease at that time. The unit is modern and bright with floor to ceiling windows, has plenty of storage space. The building also has a pool, kid pool, fire pits, grills, 2 gyms, doorman, fast elevators, and a relatively quiet family friendly, pet friendly building. There is a dog park just out front and when you exit the building you are on the Jersey City waterfront promenade. We can keep it furnished with couch, rugs, Kitchen table and chairs, beds, TV, etc. or we can empty the unit for you. We are flexible. There is parking on site as well. We have lived here for 4 years and absolutely love the unit, the terrace, the building and everything about the location. You are right next to the Hoboken path into Manhattan. There is a target, grocery store, Duane Reade and places to eat all just a block or two away in walking distance. The building is incredibly clean and the elevators are fast. Management is fast and responsive, receives all packages, and we have never had any issues with our apartment. Pets are fine! (We have a dog).

Price is slightly flexible depending on if it needs to remain furnished or empty!
