My two adorable cats and I are looking for a fellow professional to sublet a room with private bathroom and backyard access in our beautiful, spacious apartment. The apartment is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom on the 1st floor, one block from the subway and a 10 minute ride to Manhattan. We have central air and heating, a well equipped kitchen, and large living room with TV and dining area. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, shelves, and large closet. There are tons of trendy bars, restaurants, shops, and night life in the immediate area.
