I have an 1 bedroom unit that I am not currently occupying. It is available until December 31, 2024. Would be great for short term remote worker or local college staff or attendees. The utilities will continue payment through me but there is no internet service included. It can be added for an addtional $50 monthly if you deem the cost and service necessary. The unit has some items (day bed, treadmill, dishes) that will remain until the lease end date of December 31, 2024 but it is NOT a furnished unit. It is a third floor unit without parking. There is free street parking and spaces available for month to month leasing purchased through a community app. The unit is also located two minutes walk from a parking garage on the property ( with daily/monthly leased spaces). No mail box will be provided to thwart squatters (no exceptions). The property has a few pools, cafe, walking distance non- and chain restaruants, recreation houses, and a gym for an additional fee (not included). I will required a notirized document confirming certain contingencies i.e., I will vacate on...I will not damage...I will reimburse for damages... Payment is only acceptable...Non payment will cause immediate eviction... I also require a background check from the local PD and current photo identification obviously.
