I am moving states I need someone to take over my lease which expires March 31 of 2025. This one bedroom has a balcony as well as a walkway only used by you. If approved, Id be more than happy to sell you something or even leave some thing if you want it. I am also flexible on you moving in anytime during the last week of August @ no additional cost.
