Im Maddie, a college student living in NYC, and Im looking to sublease my cute private bedroom in a 2br apartment in StuyTown (East Village/ near Union Sq). If youre looking for a cozy, safe, and super convenient place to call home, this might be the perfect spot for you!! :) Price is negotiable and all extra fees -internet + air con- are included. Move-in and move-out also flexible. (btw the dog in the pics is moving with me haha)

About Your Future Room:
- Large, private bedroom, complete with a comfy full-size bed, walk-in closet, and tons of storage space.
- Im leaving behind some furniture like bed and drawer.. we can chat more about the details later.
- Perfect space for projecting movies. Super cozy!
- Really nice natural sunlight, one of my favorite things about the bedroom.

The Apartment:
- Fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and a clean, well-maintained bathroom with cabinet mirrors.
- Plenty plenty of storage space throughout the apartment! There is one shoe closet by the door, a huge storage closet for big items like suitcases and excess furniture, and one closet for cleaning supplies, towels, etc.
- Onsite laundry and elevators in building

Prime Location:
- Just 30 sec away from the entrance/exit of StuyTown on 14th St and 1st Ave with everything you need nearby!
- The apartment is a 1 minute walk from Target, Trader Joes, the MTA, bus stop, and more. Super convenient!!
- 10-15 mins walk to Union Square, 15 mins to Tompkins Square Park with cool restaurants and cafes, 15 mins to the waterfront/pier, 25 mins to the Flatiron District. Lots of shops all around, so much to do.
- StuyTown is popular among college students, particularly NYU, Parsons, Cooper Union. Youll feel safe in its community instantly.
