This is a lease for 1 bedroom (located on the first floor) in a 3 bedroom house (the common area is on the second floor and the other two bedrooms are on the 3rd floor). My house is located within 15-20 min of almost all major places in Houston, and less than 10min to downtown and midtown where there are tons of bars and restaurants. I have a couple of options to choose from regarding room selection and parking.
