Central place in the heart of Koreatown around all the best restaurants and food trucks. Also an amazing place to go out as well. The direct neighbors are families and are quiet. There are plenty of other younger tenants that hangout around the pool and common areas. Theres a gym, common study/lounge room with a kitchen and a pool table, hot tub and pool outside, 2 rooftop decks with plenty of seating/grilling/entertainment space (couldnt upload videos of them). Gated parking spot in the building with 24/7 security there and throughout the building. The apartment comes with a patio, washer/dryer, full kitchen(all basic appliances included), full bathroom, large bedroom with a closet, a couch, bed and bed frame, a desk/tv stand, and 2 other coffee tables. Only leaving due to a new job but would have re-signed otherwise. Felt quite cheap for a one bedroom in the heart of LA when I found it and that remains true.
