Im looking to sublease my apartment at the Carter in old town. The apartment is a 1bed 1bath thats huge and connects to the gated dog park so its perfect for anyone who has pets! Rent base is $1900 which is more than $150 less than whats online right now! Lease ends in March with the option to renew. I love this apartment and the complex is so nice with all the newest amenities.
