Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my current lease at The Q Playa for a 1 bedroom unit. Current rent is $2995 and comes with central A/C, washer dryer, new appliances, and parking. The building has a ton of amenities such as a house car, concierge, heated pool/hot tub, rooftop patio, zen garden, pickle ball court, movie theater room, arcade room, 2 story gym with free training classes, and they throw a lot of community social events with free food and drinks. Location is great as we are right off the 405 and howard hughes pkwy, also a very quiet street with many food spots within walking distance. We are relocating to another state for work and our lease is until March of 2025.
