I am a senior graduating in Fall 2024, and I am looking to sublease my studio apartment from January 2025 until May 2025, but can do shorter or longer (up until august) if needed! Located at the Yard (615 S Main Street). The apartment is 435 Square Feet, it is fully furnished with an in unit washer and dryer and central AC. There is a pool and the apartment has lots of natural light and big windows. There is also a dishwasher, a bathtub, lots of closet space and a TV. Parking can be included if needed! The apartment is also completely pet friendly. The property is a 10 minute walk from campus, and also includes a free shuttle service that comes right to the property and takes you to campus.
