I am a senior graduating in Fall 2024, and I am looking to sublease my studio apartment from January 2025 until May 2025, but can do shorter or longer (up until august) if needed! The apartment is 435 Square Feet, it is fully furnished with an in unit washer and dryer and central AC. There is a pool and the apartment has lots of natural light and big windows. There is also a dishwasher, a bathtub, lots of closet space and a TV. Parking can be included if needed! The apartment is also completely pet friendly. The property is a 10 minute walk from campus, and also includes a free shuttle service that comes right to the property and takes you to campus.
