Im looking for someone to take over my lease at Oxford Manor Apartments in Gainesville. 3x3 floor plan with two other roommates who are very friendly, free parking, basketball court, pool, gym, washer/dryer, WiFi, a clubhouse with private study rooms, and a spacious furnished room with an attached bathroom. Rent has been already covered this month, and the rent would be $639 + utilities.

Oxford Manor apartments in approximately 1.3 miles away from the UF campus, and are found between 3 different bus routes.

Lease term: 8/16/24 - 7/31/25.
