Looking to rent out a spare room in our coed home to a cat-friendly/understanding but pet free resident.

In regards to the property;
Situated on Lake Eckles, the house is gorgeous with open living spaces and great views.

As pictured, the downstairs bedroom is located opposite of the sunroom and adjacent to the downstairs bathroom on the west side of the house. It has a window facing West North West.

Lawn care, utilities and internet are included in rent.


Regarding the living space;
We are currently three early 20s year olds occupying the upstairs three bedrooms.

The common area living spaces are all shared. The downstairs bathroom may be included in that but shower would be private/personal use.

There are two cats living here currently so cat people to the front for sure. Musicians and creatives to the front as well.

We definitely qualify as clean, organized individuals but all have our own quirks, of course, and are all understanding and communicative. We do roomie check-ins, and being a great communicator is a big must for us.

We have all found ourselves becoming more introverted over the past few years so we are home pretty often. One of us works from home a couple days of the week and the other is a habitual homebody on a 4 day work week. I imagine well get to know more about each other after meeting but hopefully this is all relevant to your search.
