- You will be living completely alone with no roommates. OR if youre a couple or 2 friends who want to share the room and split the bills, therell be an additional $200.

- The rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, the access and use of the common areas (such as living area, kitchen & washer & dryer), and one car parking space!

- No smoking inside the house but you can smoke outside.

A flexibility month - month lease, or 3-6 months, possibly longer if all goes well and LGBTQ+ friendly is a must.
