Due to relocation, we are subletting a spacious bedroom in a sunny 3-bed apartment for the end of our lease (mid September to November 30th; start date can be flexible).

The bedroom comes furnished with a bed, nightstand, two lamps, and desk. It also has a spacious closet.

You would be sharing with two friendly and tidy roommates (men, mid 20s, professionals). The bathrooms arent ensuites, but one would be primarily yours, and the kitchen doesnt get much traffic.

The building has a furnished roof with excellent views, a back yard, gym, and several common areas (wfh, movie room, lounge with TV and pool table, etc.)

Its located two blocks from transmitter park and the waterfront and 1 from the G train, in a really cute neighborhood. Many great bakeries, cafs, restaurants, and bars.
