I am looking to sublease my private bedroom at Lighthouse Apartments in Wilmington right across from UNCW. Rent is $850 a month, and rent for August and September are already paid, so you could move in anytime in August/September and wont have to pay anything until October! It is a 3 bedroom apartment, you get your own private bathroom and closet and the apartment is furnished.
