We will require you to sign a sublease agreement and pay $3000 OBO for the month.

Our 2011 Honda Element will be avaialable for an additional $250 for the month.

Well-behaved dogs or cats are welcome.

If you suspect that your pet might damage furniture, please do not apply for sublet.
