Hi! I am a UCLA student and I will be studying abroad in Taiwan for Spring Semester, meaning that my spot in a 2b/2b apartment on Tiverton is up for lease any time between Jan-July 2025. You will be sharing one of the bedrooms and private bathroom with my male roommate. Pricing and move-in/move-out dates are very flexible, feel free to reach out and ask about your particular needs.

Room comes furnished and decorated, with a large walk in closet, bed, mattress and desk. Living room has couch and kitchen and everything you would need to get settled. Please only reach out if you are a clean/tidy person.
