Ideally, someone could move in mid to late September and take over our lease with an option to renew. The current monthly rate is $2,630 with one month free prorated making the monthly payment $2,410.83.
The apartment is two bedroom and two bathroom. The building has two gyms, a pool, a conference room, secure package room, lounge with pool table, virtual game room, dog park and washing station and free coffee!
The building is located walking distance to all of the shops including Sprouts, Target, Harris Teeter and many more.
