I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment as soon as possible. Due to immediate medical treatments, I will be unable to stay in the apartment. The lease ends on August 17th, 2025.

The apartment complex is ideal for college students and is located near Grand Valley State University. It features a pool, gym, and tanning room. The apartment is three stories, with a spacious kitchen downstairs and a large living room. The available room includes a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, and is furnished with a desk and a queen-size bed. You will be sharing the apartment with two other college students, both female and around 20 years old.
