Looking to sublease to a people only- everything is furnished- nothing is fancy but all the necessities. I also have a home gym with weights, a yoga mat, a ball, yoga blocks, boxing equipment, a mini-trampoline, and there is a pool. Centrally located- close to the strip, grocery stores, and the freeway. Breaking down the bills- the rent is 900- 50 for the trash, water, and sewage, 50 for the internet and 150 for the electricity. If you dont use too much A/C or cook too much I can always lower the bill but that is the average.
