I am looking for someone to take over my lease in my apartment during the spring while I am abroad. It is a fully furnished 4 bed/4 bath and 2/4 guys will remain there over the spring semester. I am renting out my room and bathroom (circled in the pictures below). One is in Kelley and the other is pre-PA, so both will also be busy with schoolwork and are not loud. Rent is usually $1150 but will be discounted to $950/month during the spring. Arrangements can also be made if you need to stay in Bloomington over the summer!

Verve is only about a 10 min walk away from the stadium but also has its own bus stop right in front of the building. Verve has a rooftop pool, basketball court, study rooms, gym, and many more amenities.
