The location is right by Downtown, lot of good food nearby with Bayou trail access. Lot of space in the apartment with 1,495 square feet, individual garage as well as private bathroom and walk-in closet. The roommate is a easy going professional working downtown, the ideal candidate is someone who is also in a similar situation and meshes well with the roommate staying in the lease.
