I am looking to sublease my bedroom from a 4b4b apartment for the 2024-2025 academic year. The apartment is only a 3 minute drive from UF. The rent is $574 and includeds wifi and in unit washer and dryer!
Utilites are between $40-$70. The apartment has a decent sized kitchen. It also has a private balcony living space, full-size pantry with shelving, built-in study nooks with storage. The complex has amazing amenities such as a resort-style swimming pool, a fitness studio, clubhouse, Basketball court, volleyball court, a study lounge and more. The apartment comes fully furnished!
