This is a new fully remodeled studio, I am the first person to rent this unit since the remodel. The unit has a new gas stovetop, deep sink, microwave, oven fridge, and clean bathroom. This studio also has an in-unit washer/dryer, and AC and allows dogs (fee). The unit does not come furnished but I have fully furnished it. With that being, said I am open to leaving any furniture behind if you wish to have any of it. The apartment complex has a full gym for free, a rooftop pool with a lounge area, and a grill. The building is about a 5-minute walk to the river and a 10-minute walk to the Millennium Park. I want to move ASAP, I am open to discussing any move-in dates after September 31st.
