Hello! I ended up getting relocated for medical school and I am looking for someone to fill my spot in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment in the fan! The apartment is located on West Grace Street and I have attached photos of the space below. The current tenants are s who are starting their first year of medical school at VCU, and are very low maintenance easy people. I am looking for another people to fill my room the rent is $1210 plus utility and there is street parking available. Also there are no pets allowed and we are looking for someone neat and respectful!
