This is a sublease starting on September 1 until march 31 with the option to renew. That being said, there is no security deposit or move in fee as we paid that when we moved in. This is already a great deal and that additional bonus is helpful. 4bed/2bath for $2800 a month.

4 bed including a spacious primary bedroom that has a walk in closet and Juliet balcony. Each of the other 3 rooms (all the same size) can comfortably fit a full bed and would be a little snug with a queen. There are two full bathrooms, two large hallway closets that can be used for extra storage, along with a full-size washer/dryer.

Parking is available with an additional monthly fee but there is free street parking. Pets are also welcome as there is no limit on the number or type :)

We love this location and have an incredible landlord but are splitting ways with our former roommate. Our last applicant fell through so we are doing showings around the clock. Feel free to let me know when youre available!
