I currently have 2 rooms to rent, in a 4 Bedroom house, 1 of which I use, and 2 rent, with the 4th as an extra room. (Please contact me via email [email protected], as I work odd hours, and my schedule regularly changes and I am not always able to talk or text.)
One is a Master Bedroom with a Bathroom within ($300 / Week).
Second is a Guest room that you can pick which 1 of the 2 rooms you like best, and a Guest Bath that only you will use. ($275 / Week)
Rent is paid weekly or Bi-weekly if that is how you are paid. All utilities (Power, Water and Internet) are included except cable/streaming.
One is a Master Bedroom with Master Bath within it. It comes with lots of closet space and fully furnished, queen bed, dresser, desk, rocking chair, nightstands, and TV
The second room can be your choice of 2 rooms, but will include your own bathroom, that only you will use, that are also furnished with queen beds dressers, nightstand and TV.
There is a 2nd fridge and plenty of cabinet space to store your food. I expect you to clean the kitchen and load the dishwasher AS you cook.
Being there will eventually 3 of living here together, I do not think it is a bad idea to lock your room, however 2 things on this: 1) You must buy and install your own door handle (no padlocks with hasp) and lock, and 2) I require a key to it as well (I am trustworthy, I own the entire house, every landlord to any property has keys to everything).
It is common sense to lock up ALL valuables, leaving them out only invites temptation and the possibility of theft .EVEN if it is imagined! I also think a safe wouldnt be a bad idea. Again, I want harmony here, and in order to have that we need Respect, Common Courtesy, and Trust.
I do require:
~1 month (4 weeks) rent in advance as a Security deposit that will cover, damage, cleaning (including materials left behind), and other any costs involved to get the room ready to re-rent and will be returned 7 to 14 days following you leaving, in order assess the condition of the room, and cost to return to rentable condition.
~I will run a credit and background check as well, the cost of that will be passed on to you.
~Although you will be renting a room, I do require that all roommates participate in the cleaning of Common areas such as: Kitchen, Living room, Family room, Laundry area, taking out trash etc. All outside work is taken care of and includedie: Lawn care
~ Should you break anything I require you to replace it.
~ PEACE AT HOME!! Eventually there will be 3 of us living here so common courtesy and respect of each other is expected. I live here too, and do not unrest, drama, or any lack of peace within the household.
~ If you desire later to move in a boyfriend, girlfriend, or friend with, that can be discussed (not automatically allowed), they to will have to passed credit and background checks as well, and meet my and the other roommates approval, and will cost a minimum of $100 per week. (Understand, the more people that live here the more difficult it will be to live with each other. Just because it is beneficial to you to move someone else in, it does make it more difficult on everyone else).
