Youll be in one of Brooklyns nicest neighborhoods, Crown Heights. 7 minute walk from the express 4 Utica train stop and 1-3 stops away from the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Library, fun bars and restaurants. While youll have your own private room, youll be sharing a bathroom, living room and kitchen with a sweet Midwestern woman (35 years old, Black, Interior Designer). The entire place is fully furnished so you can walk in and enjoy your stay immediately. Because youre off an express stop, you can get to Manhattan in 30 minutes!

Utilities included in the rent are hot water and heat. Youll pay about $150 extra a month for internet, gas and electricity.

Ill only require a security deposit of $1250 to secure your room and then youll pay first months rent on Nov. 1.
