Looking for someone to take over my lease. Moving to Orlando for work end of October and my lease here is until April 15 2025. You will be the only one on the lease so if you wanted to continue after you can just resign the lease. Theres a $700 security deposit and youll be responsible for rent starting 11/1. The requirements are 3x the rent, and base is $1299 so total need to make right under $3900 a month. Pets are welcome but need to pay separately for that. This is a first floor apt with a patio. Can leave some furniture if needed.
