Coastal comfort in San Clemente . Beautifully decorated 3/2 condo with ocean views . I have a 3 bedroom and am renting one of the guest rooms . For occasional visitors the bath will be shared, otherwise it is private . Near the beach and a golf course is next door . I have been a superhost for ten years on sublet without exception but the CCRs have changed and now allows only 30 day minimums . Looking for a month to month tenant . Possibly could lead to but that is TBD.
