Ed is a great landlord. He really goes above and behind for his tenants. I remember calling him one day because the heat wasnt working and it was a snow storm. He came and made sure it was handled. I lived in his property on 16th for 2 years, but had to move because I relocated to California for work. I would highly recommend him. Any tenant would be lucky to have him as a landlord he is very understanding and always available. 5 stars to Ed!!
