I need someone to take over my lease until 1/31/2025, since I got a new job elsewhere. I live on the 31st floor with a full window wall and spectacular sunset views. There is on-site parking, a fitness center, a pool, a doorman, laundry service, and other great amenities. The location is very safe and in walking distance of a Target, CTA stations, and tons of nice restaurants.
