I will be assigning the lease I have for this apartment. You will take over the lease rental of $2536 per month and pay to the property management company. The lease can start from Oct 1, 2024 and will end on June 8, 2025. I can give you 2 free weeks of rent from Sept 16 to Sept 30. I will also give you $1750 of Incentive in cash (after your sign the lease with the property manager). I am also happy to leave by Mounted Large TV if you need it. No need for you to pay Lease Application Fee or Security Deposit since I have paid for you. Email me and we can set up time to visit etc
