Amenities: Pool, gym, a rooftop lounge area inside and outside, a club room with a pool table, a free coffee machine w/ cafe style coffee. Other Details: 10 minutes from the Cumberland Mall area. Theres a one-time fee for parking: $50. One time parking sticker decal price: $25. Cosigners are allowed. 5 months are left on the lease (Feb 28th). Apartment is unfurnished.
