Rent is $1350 and the apartment is available from November 1st and goes until 5/31/2025 with the option to renew. I was the only one living in the apartment after it was remodeled, and I kept it in excellent condition :) My apartment is furnished, and I can sell furniture at a discounted price (table, chairs, bed, loveseat) if you decide you would like to have it furnished.

In order to qualify for application, monthly net income has to be 3x the rental rate and credit score above 650
