I am currently looking for one tenant or a couple for my apartment in Inwood for 3 months (September 25 - December 25). I am a professor and will be away for the Fall semester. The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the Cloisters, half a block from the A train, and two blocks from the 1 train. The monthly rent is $1410 (Con Edison and internet bills not included).
There is a potential to sublet for about 6 months out of each year (in segments of 2-4 months) for the next several years so I will give serious consideration to applicants interested in this option.
