The Melrose downtown area is just 3 minutes away by car and 20 minutes walking, with access to major roadways close by. Theres also a park with great trails next door, and a couple restaurants, a cafe, and a nail salon across the street. The Orange line (Oak Grove station) is at most a 10 minute walk away.

The apartment itself is on the ground floor with a separate entrance. There is no carpeting, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer located in the unit. The complex has an outdoor pool (open seasonally) and a gym. Theres also a clubhouse, many grills located around the property, and monthly community events.
